I really wish the Gators would’ve gone after him. Brings a Midwest toughness and a program built on character. Everything our program needs.
It has a lot more to do with Character building, toughness, and accountability than X’s and O’s. Championships aren’t won on the whiteboard in the coaches office. At some point this fan base will learn that. Our players and this program lack character, integrity, and toughness in a major way. That’s why we lose.

Muschamp has potential to be a solid coach. I think he just wanted to win with defense alone......maybe to prove something. Now he knows better. Wish we hadn’t been his guinea pig.I agree. But you do need both. Muschamp I think had good character and was a tough guy. But he couldn’t get out of his own way on offense.
Defensive background and OL background.
Pass.
We lose because we don’t develop athletes and we have awful, wretched scheming.
And it’s probably a lot easier to make the type of athlete that goes to Iowa State buy into “character and integrity” as the key to winning than it is at a major program.
If Campbell takes it,,.then it's just another step in tennis-sea's rush to coaching flip bankruptcy...![]()
