Some very interesting analysis and statistical evidence brought up by Miles. It looks like he is right in his assessment about Mullen being better than Smart.

But since I am not happy with with lies, damn lies, & statistics, I find it hard to disagree with Bradley, whoever wins more is the best.

I agree. But in the next 5 years, the Mullen vs Smart debate will be settled. If it’s not, then they’re probably both winning at a pretty high level. You shouldn’t need advanced analytics or whatever to tell who is better. It’s not like one or the other has some systemic advantage. Kirby had a bit of a head start because of his roster.

Charlie Weis found that his "decided schematic advantage" didn't help him much at either Notre Dame or Florida !

As many web sites have pointed out, Mark Richt left Kirby Smart a better UGA team than the Gator team Dan Mullen inherited from Mac & Kirby, to his credit, has had three years to add to it.

Don't know if we beat the Dawgs this year or not but I am looking forward to a hell of a game in my hometown at the WLOCP !!

What actually happened, is that I got tired of trolls, hijacked threads, etc and stopped posting or even looking at the various sites 10 years ago or so.

Last Christmas, for some reason, I typed in "Florida.Rivals.com" & got taken to Gator Territory. Read a few posts, got excited over something somebody said & had to say something in return. Somehow, my old user name - Jeff from Jax - flew into my brain & was still active; the rest is history.

I am sure that at one time, I had a far larger number of posts, but they probably zeroed my count when the site name changed or something.
