The coaching ranks are way too deep for us to ever give him a shot this early in his career but I think he is a guy to watch. He took over probably the worst team in country and he's turning them around nicely. I know UCF went 0-12 the year before Frost got there, and they're already rolling in year two, but Austin Peay went winless multiple years before Healy got there. I think they went a stretch of 4 years with only 1 win.
