If Trump was like every other Republican, then he wouldn't be pushing for 90% of what he's done because the media would say mean things about him and then they would say gotta elect Biden cause Trump hasn't done anything.

IMO, living near the water is overrated. Wife and I had a home on the Saint Johns river in Jax, but sold it and split the money we made out of it as part of our divorce settlement. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the kids couldn't enjoy being in the backyard out of fear of water moccasins roaming around my yard. Personally I got tired of using my weed eater just to kill the snakes rather than using it for the edges of my yard.

Having to place sandbags against my back porch was getting old for me everytime we prepped for a hurricane. The ex and I didn't get three times what we paid for but the money we split was more than enough to put a down payment on a house not so near the river.
