Coach, develop and scheme...Kiffen...even though he is a d*ck hole is pretty good but IMO he's all around good at scheme. Mullen is clearly the best. Leach is like Kiffen...a great offensive mind

Interestingly, the most important name on that list is Dak Prescott. When Mullen is talking to a QB recruit, and he talks about who he has coached before, the guy who is the starting QB for the Dallas Cowboys and is about to make 40M a year is gonna be the one that impresses the kid.

QB recruits could care less about a guy who won the Heisman 13 years ago. but was an NFL bust and is now a talking head on the SEC network. Dak Prescott is about to become the first $40M a year QB, and Mullen can say "I did that". These guys are looking for their ticket to the show, and they want to hook up with a Ticketmaster. Mullen is a ticketmaster because of Prescott.
