Who's lying - Milley or Biden?

Milley testifies he recommended keeping 2500 troops in Afghanistan. Biden said he never got such a recommendation.
We will never know
Peter Doocy: Is there any emails or transcripts of the conversations that took place during the planning stages regarding the troop levels during the withdrawal?
Jen Psaki: If they do exist they would be subject to executive privilege

The great miscalculation was that the MSM would pay attention and drive accountability. To their credit, they did.

Biden's statements stand in clear and direct opposition to what the generals said yesterday, who, especially Milley and the other person, were direct in their answers.

On Jen, as another Republican congressperson said yesterday, "I do not envy her position....".

Glad you brought this to light. Which poster jizzed themselves over Matt Gaetz accusations a little while back? The Black Knight himself? That didn't age well either. 😂
Yeah, this was all a dim smoke screen that failed to ruin Gaetz. Now he's firing back and taking no prisoners.

What, he admits he is constantly constipated and that they are working on making him a ribbon for that? Heard it will be solid brown.
I believe they do issue ribbons for bowel movements and that explains the billboard on Milley's uniform. Good grief, Patton only had about a third that many ribbons.

Bad heat and it was for theater.
It was actually pretty impressive. One could (easily) argue he did not get the best of Milley on the first go around. That makes Matt's "bravado" even more impressive.

And on theater, he certainly did not match AOC, who in tears, but in perfect camera view, on the Iron Dome funding voted to be "present" as individuals who have full or partial (like myself) Jewish heritage see her actions and dialogue as not being supportive.

Agreed...he is on such thin ice as far as mental stability he can no longer be held responsible for his actions. It is a terrible situation.
Part of this is understandable. There are thousands of threads of discussion that happen and then in each thread hundreds of back and forth nuance. Joe is 78 (79?) and clearly he is not as sharp as he was decades ago. (nor would anyone)

When you are the President of the United States though, there is and must be a higher bar. The highest bar. If he literally cannot remember what his generals said (and it is not was it 2,500 troops versus 2,387 or some other point of nuance or precision) on a major decision such as leaving a 20 year war, then mental fitness is a legitimate topic of discussion.

He's in a district with a big military presence, including retirees, who resent "brass" like Milley and his ilk, who climbed the ranks via the cocktail circuit.
Interesting take here. Likely true. The R senators and congresspeople each pressed Milley hard on all of the book interviews he made himself available for.

She's a clown too

True...if he's unfit he should be removed.

All we remember about The Groper Joe for the past several decades is stealing speeches and using them as his own while heaping great praises for Senator Robert Byrd and Strom Thurmond.

It's just a matter of who's the bigger liar, Groper Joe or Soy Boy Milley.

Nooooooooooooooooo......
Have you ever watched a Congressional "hearing"? It's all Kabuki theater. People trade a few insults, stomp their feet, and shake their fists, vowing to "just do something!". They all head to the same bar and drink shots. The next day the press recycles, never to hear another peep about said hearings. Swamp Life.
