IF the new head coach only keeps one of the current coaches on his new coaching staff, who do you hope it is?

For iG, it's hands down the RB's coach / recruiter Ja'Juan Seider.

With OL Brad Davis and/or DL Chris Rumph maybe having an outside shot at retention.

I'd clean house on the rest of the current staff....

Now they are claiming that both Trask and Allen are injured out for the season.

Trask, after having a pin put in his foot prior to the start of the season.
Allen with some unnamed back injury forcing him to take a redshirt.
Sorry, but that sounds like yet another coaching 'crock-O-crap' to me.

They were only going to go with Franks, LDR, and Zaire from the get-go, and those supposed injuries are just the excuse that they are using to justify doing so. So be it, coaching heads have, and will continue to roll because of it imo.

So, instead of Trask and Allen transferring out, it's going to be the idiot coaching staff that will be heading out of town. This may all turn out to be a big positive when it's finally over with.

At this point in time, with this cluster in full swing, if I was Trask or Allen I'd make sure that I was not ready to play until AFTER these coaches are all done here.

While Spurrier is surely Henry Fonda.
Frost might well be Terrence Hill....

If Frost takes over I doubt more than 1 coach is retained unless he has a UCF coordinator get a head coaching spot that takes a coach or two with him.

I pretty much agree with you and Insta. Seider and maybe the DL coach.
