Who has a better chance?

He is trying to overthrow a completely legal election. No evidence of fraud that would effect the outcome, this was stated by AG Barr.

Good grief. Please stop. The DOJ amended Barrs statement already. Use a better example

Are these the actions of a Constitutional Republic or of an attempted coup by sycophants?
Republicans have no balls....they are "afraid" of Trump.

The Republican Attorney General of Texas Ken Paxton asked the Supreme Court to invalidate election results in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan, all of which Biden won on his way to 270 electoral votes.
"The notion a Texas attorney general is going to try to disenfranchise voters from four other states for laws that were in effect on election day is just not meritorious in the least," Ben Ginsberg, a veteran Republican election lawyer, said Tuesday.
But the fact Paxton filed the suit, and that Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz offered to argue Trump cases in the Supreme Court, shows the value party members place in currying favor with the President, no matter how fantastical or damaging his false narratives are to US democracy.
Recent days have also seen an armed mob show up outside the house of a senior Democratic official in Michigan involved in running the elections. Another senior official, Gabriel Sterling in Georgia, a Republican who said he voted for Trump, has warned the President to cool tensions before someone gets killed.

It doesn’t matter what you think, the states are filing lawsuits. If there is nothing to see here then SCOTUS will rule against it.

Answer: If the Scotus takes the case, they are the actions of a Constitutional Republic. If not, sycophants.

Also: this is where we laugh at you for being hoodwinked into voting for someone with dementia and ties to China

And if SCOTUS does not hear the case?
Are you going to admit you are a fool?

Instead of laughing, you should be crying about 300,000 dead because of Trump. Not all could have been saved but why is the US the WORST DEVELOPED NATION IN THE WORLD regarding Covid deaths?
Put this in context. Just over 400k Americans were killed in WWII. By the anniversary of the first Covid death in the US we will have more than 400k deaths from Covid.
Congratulations Trump, you are more lethal to Americans than Hitler and Tojo combined in a much shorter time period.

The fact that Barr is about to resign because the DOJ couldn't find anything, before Trump can fire him, as he has so many others in the past few weeks?

Well this tells me all I need to know about this clown, Trump is now Hitler

SCOTUS will not bother to take up the case.
Who’s your source? Don Lemon? Rachael Maddow? Learn how the constitution works bud. Only state legislature can alter laws regarding voting in elections. In all 4 states either the executive or judicial branch exceeded their constitutional authority by altering the laws themselves. So either you believe in the constitution and recognize that these states violated it very clearly or you don’t because their violations allowed your candidate Sleepy Joe win. So which is it? Is the constitution just something for libs to wipe their @ss with? Or is it still the foundation of our great republic?

so in short by altering their voting allows and allowing for fraud to take place they violated the equal protection of every voting member in the states in the lawsuit. Ie there’s no way to prove that someone who voted legally in Florida Louisiana Texas has a vote that counts as much as someone who voted in GA MI PA WI. And yes the evidence and stats will be very very very hard to deny.
For example:
Georgia had just under 200k mail in ballots for the 2016 election. Those had a rejection rate of 6.4%. They were invalidated for one reason or another for election integrity. In 2020 Georgia had 1.3 million mail in ballots with a rejection rate of 0.2%

Well, a few weeks back he let it be known he supports illegal voting. Pretty sure he is cool with wiping his ass with constitution. He has EARNED title of Mr Irrelevant

There has to be standing for there to be a case. Texas has no standing, so, no case. No case, SCOTUS doesn't take it up.

If Texas had standing (which they do not), SCOTUS might look at it. If they did, they would then ask for evidence. As there is no evidence, SCOTUS would then throw it out.

This is all basic stuff. I suggest you get yourself educated, then come back.

Well damn. I listened to actual legal experts all yesterday tell me Texas completely has standing and an amazing case. Knew I should have waited till 'count every vote' clued me in.

BTW, do you think Trump ever paid for an abortion? Of course it can't be proven one way or another but I bet he has. So would that make him a murderer of babies?

Texas and the adjoining states standing is VERY CLEAR. Due to these 4 states actively ignoring the constitution and accepting mail in ballots at ridiculously high rates while refusing to do forensic audits and signature matches their equal protection has been violated as members of those states in order to determine our next president. It’s pretty obvious. In Georgia alone your ballot was more likely to be accepted via their unconstitutionally passed voting laws by mail then if you had shown up in person.
It’s clear constitutional violations. I’m sorry that your degree from university of Phoenix online failed to cover a course of “Constitution 101” amigo.

No one said anything about legal vs illegal, murder is murder. You should really do some research on eugenics, Bill Gates, Bull Gates dad, Margaret Singer, Planned Parenthood, what was the reason Planned Parenthood was started, what they do with the aborted fetesus, how much Planned Parenthood makes off aborted and aborted fetes and what demographic does planned parenthood targets.

you might learn something

Where on the Good Lord's green earth do you people get your news?

1) Gabriel Sterling is not a real Republican and didn't vote for Trump. He's been an anti-Trumper since Day 1.

"Anyone But Trump" he tweets

2) Sen Cruz is well established and respected and has ZERO reason to attach himself to a sinking ship if he doesn't believe in the cause. Have some situational awareness about things. Think past your nose.

3) Here's the "violent protest" of "armed Trump supporters" outside an election official's house. Zero arrests, only a handful of people singing the national anthem and holding signs. Such violence, how dare they.

4) Meanwhile, here's another MI Elections official, a leftist, calling for "Antifa Soldiers" to commit violent acts against Trump supporters. Why don't your news sources cover this?

OK, this is the last time I ask the question...I'm getting real sick of being ignored.

Be specific about exactly how Trump saves all of those lives. What exactly would you have done differently?

Is that the same Senator Cruz that Lindsey Graham said:
"
Lindsey Graham
Republican senator from South Carolina
"If you killed Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial was in the Senate, nobody would convict you." Mr Graham now grudgingly supports Mr Cruz's presidential bid.

And other prominent Republicans....including Trump
Or is BBC just another "Fake News"
