Sounds like the same thing the obamas pulled in 2012 with Facebook and Cambridge Analytica.

The dems had a Facebook app that asked dems if they were gonna vote for oama and then asked if they had any buddies on Facebook that they thought would like to vote for obama too. So the guy that got the app could give the obamas access to information about all their contacts on FB, and the contacts on FB would have no idea about this and would have never given permission for them to access their info.

CA created a similar FB app for the Trump campaign in 2016. The difference is, the dems raised holy hell about Trump doing in 2016 what obama had done in 2012.

Which they lauded obama as being brilliant. I even remember obama's digital guy keynoting business conferences detailing what they did with FB and he was praised as a genius.

Trump's campaign guy does the same thing, @BSC911's shit sources claim FB/CA and Trump are colluding to steal the election.
