Hard to say but our QB is making sure his non-alcoholic beer deals are signed and getting all that straight. Might be a little slow to get his head in this game.

Just can't get excited about today's game. 38 point favorite over a conference opponent is ridiculous. Several good games on at noon. I'll be switching back and forth in the comfort of my recliner.

Defense.....No way this would be going on with Urban Meyer and Charlie Strong. Shoot, no way would this be going on with Muschamp.

Just a very average football team, IMO. Vandy is terrible and if we were playing a decent team today, we'd be losing. Secondary is terrible, linebackers can't tackle and the lack of overall team discipline is noticeable.
This defense is terrible and will continue to be until a coaching change is made.
The personal foul likely cost the LSU game end of last year and the penalties cost the key game this year

She asked Mullen to describe the play of his defense in the first half, he said "awful". He looked really pissed going into the locker room.

Vandy just looks awful even without UF's effort. They had one running play in the backfield that was so slow developed and....awkward looking....it reminded me of my younger days playing Madden. Wbtw, I was never good at.

lol boo hoo. We've averaged 11-12 penalties a game for 30 years.
Torrence is one of the few bright spots on defense. He's all over the field, playing with a lot of effort.
I agree. But it doesn't say much when your secondary is making all of the tackles does it?
No it doesn't. The official box score from today shows Torrence making 5 solo tackles with 10 assists. For the year, he leads the team in solo tackles with 17.

I don't feel like putting the energy of going through the last 30 years for somebody either lazy or unknowledgeable, but I will humor you for recent times.
In the first 4 games there were 24 penalties. The average of 6 per game. The last two games has doubled that.
LAST YEAR, before the bowl game UF totalled 56 penalties. Roughly 5 per game. Most games were between 3 to 5.
THE YEAR BEFORE LAST YEAR, before the bowl game, they were also averaging 5 penalties per game, with most between 3-5.
