Bush is an anti-Trumper. Harris county has been ballot harvesting. They not only went against election laws of Texas election code, which is a violation of the US Constitution's 14th Amendment, many, if not all, didn't have their ID's. The Harris County officials had a stack of driver's license for people who drive up to vote and don't have an ID. In Texas, you must show an ID to vote.
