Woman Called Wesley has completed interview I for the Dallas position. We hope interview II comes next week.

Grandson's Dallas office is in UpTown about 1 1/2 mile from the intersection of I-30/I-35. Child Called Pony is 3 so she's a bit away from starting school. Grandson wants to continue working from home but spend 2 days a week at his office so he doesn't want a long commute. It doesn't matter where granddaughter lives. She works from home and floats around to her dealers in her loaded company Sierra.

They want 3 BR, foam insulation, 18' garage door, preferably nat. gas and would like 2 TV cable and internet providers. Have you got any ideas a good place for them to begin searching? They're in the Generous Motors seller program so they must use GM assigned realtors.

Up-town very popular for young singles who prefer high rise condo living with many restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance.

what does grandson consider a long commute ?

Maybe an hour at the most. Is Frisco or Plano to far away? I've heard they're good places to live. Younger daughter taught in Frisco before hubby got transferred to Fort Collins. About 4 years later, she visited Frisco and couldn't even recognize the place. Her 16 year old son was born in Plano. At 6 months he fled for Fort Collins. Daughter wishes she could return to the Metroplex even with the "hottest 5 years on record".

30 to 40 up to a hour depending what side of town. Frisco and Plano are massive now and loads of traffic. Nice area but very busy

I might suggest Coppell, Grapevine, colleyville, Keller, Trophy club... All lovely family areas close to the airport and 30 -35 minute drive to uptown.

I do agree on foaming the house. I do that on all of our houses and it pays huge on the heat and cooling bills.

tell grandson if he can find a lot we can build him a house he would enjoy.

GM has put all moves on hold due to the virus. Do you currently have any new spec houses in the mentioned towns?
