The built in financial advantages UF once had are long gone. So until we get an AD that is "all in" on football we will continue to have inconsistent, sporadic fits and bouts of competiveness. Most of our competitors, flush with TV money, are investing heavily in football. Good or bad Foley just isn't of the mind to give everything to football. Yet, most of our competitors are. So, in my opinion, until we get a new AD that IS all in on football we can expect uneven, spotty results and will be lucky not to actually fall to and stay in the middle of the SEC pack. Of course, this would also mean we have a Prez that buys into that same philosophy.
