Huh? Pelosi probably isn't getting in on any act other than agreeing that this case has no standing as it relates to Pence.
Not sure I understand...thought Ghomert was suing to FORCE Pence to reject electors. Pence can still do this as far as I know but Ghomert wanted to tie his hands.The suit has been dismissed. It was a pathetic stunt to begin with....

I believe Gohmert wanted a court to rule that the Constitution supercedes the ECA.
I'm not sure if Gohmert was trying to force the issue or give Pence cover.
I would not be surprised if Pence did nothing. The objections will force votes, which will likely come back with more votes for Hiden unless I am missing something. Bad optics for Pence to toss out what they vote on. Then again horrible optics for them to sign off on a rigged election so who knows.
I suspect there will be many surprises in the 4 days that follow.
