Why does Trunpy Bear just not use the Army Corp. of Engineers to build the wall?
Is Trumpy Bear just a pussy and is afraid to use his Executive Order power.
Is he afraid it won't be funded?
America has over 600 military bases worldwide. Right there is you some funds to build a wall
plus that would be some good labor to build a wall.
