Trump campaigned only for Senate seats. He expanded the Republicans majority by 2, and also got rid of Never Trumpers john mccain, Jeff Flake and Bob Corker.

One more conservative judge and the Supreme Court is locked on the side of the law for the next generation. Trump knew that, which is why he was willing to lose the House for 2 years, to save the Supreme Court for 25.
