Mueller Report was designed to be handed off to the House to ensure impeachment would make it through a Senate vote because Trump's approval rating was SUPPOSED to be in the 20s when it was finished.
Instead, Trump's approval rating is in the 50s and climbing. Higher than obama ever dreamed of.
