Yeah but he's pretty. I think it will between he and Trask. Is that Mac Jones? He's not top 3, much less top 2.
If Trask wins SEC Championship game then he wins Heisman.
I lost much respect for the heisman on account of that vote. Supposed to be for the best collegiate player yet many voters in big 12-10 left Tebow off the ballot altogether.Recall in 2008, Winning the SEC did not help Tim Tebow win anther Heisman Trophy
- the voters gave it to that Big12 guy!
I believe the Heisman is awarded based on on-field performance.
If Kyle Trask has the best stat numbers of any quarterback, that should be enough - especially after playing an unprecedented 10 SEC games in the regular season!

Eesh. You really worry me about what you do on your BK shift breaks........not that there's anything wrong with that.
Look, angry politics guy is now following me onto the sports threads.Eesh. You really worry me about what you do on your BK shift breaks........not that there's anything wrong with that.![]()
I thought it was Ken Dorsey that beat Rex?meh, Oklahoma was putting up, statistically, the most prolific offense of all time. And Tebow had already one the Heisman.
there were things working against him that led Sam Bradford to win it.
now, the Tim Couch win over Rex is inexcusable. Simply because Rex wasn't an upperclassman
UF was basically on top of the world and LSU was a good fill in when UF wasn't complete plus everyone saw what Saban was building at Bama. The Big 12 guys wanted to be part of the party and did all they could to put McCoy/Bradford OK/TX in the mix. It was their only chance to be a name at the big table.Recall in 2008, Winning the SEC did not help Tim Tebow win anther Heisman Trophy

TEBOW didn't win the second Heisman because voters didn't want Archie Griffin to be tied with someone else that has 2 Heisman's. That was all political BS.Recall in 2008, Winning the SEC did not help Tim Tebow win anther Heisman Trophy

If Trask continues getting 3-4 TD per game and 300 (plus yards)..... it doesn’t matter what happens in the SECCG imo...
trask will have lapped what Joe Burrow did last year (which was historic)
Very true! Here's the problem. Last year Burrow came out of nowhere to beat out Lawrence and Fields. Now both Lawrence and Fields are in their final years. I have trouble believing the committee will let ANOTHER SEC QB come out of nowhere and jump over those guys. For that to happen Trask has to be light years ahead. Like Northwestern beating OSU and Notre Dame beating Clemson again and both missing the playoff while Trask throws 5 TDs in a win over Bama kind of light years ahead.
