Tom Brady Signs With Bears

Wonder why he left New England...guy is going to get paid but he's already rich AF. It will come out later and at the end of the day it's a job. Thought he would retire.

Teflon Tom is washed up. He owes his entire career to Belichick. I doubt TB finishes above .500 for the entire time he is their QB.

If Jameis Winston can win them 7 games then the GOAT is at least good for 10-11 wins which will get them in the playoffs and then its on.

Tom has a list of players that he told Tampa Bay that he wanted them to try and go after. Todd Gurley is one of them.

He wants to prove that he can win without Belichick

I think Bill wants one without him also but not sure if that current roster will allow a chance the next few years. I remember he refused to follow Parcells because he didn't want the following a previous SB winning coach label.

I hear they are talented at WR. Brady showed his age a little last season but may have one good year left in him. Curious to see what happens here.

And of course the Falcons sign him.

yeah but the Falcons were going to draft a RB more than likely in the 2nd or 3rd anyway. I know there's been a lot of talk about Cam Akers potentially. So I don't think they plan on work horsing Gurly,

Can we just agree Tom is great, Bill is great? They won 6 Super Bowls in an era designed for parity. Enough with this " He made him" stuff. John Elway, Dan Marino, Steve Young, Troy Aikman, and Aaron Rogers have the same amount of Rings combined as Tom Brady. The man won with role players like Troy Brown, Deion Branch, and Julian Edelman as his top targets. His best running back was Corey Dillon.

Belichick has more rings than anybody else. He could have 9, all very close games. Tom Brady isn't a system QB. But he played in the greatest system ever designed. Both guys are top notch.

Agree. When the Dollyweirders try to claim Peyton Manning as the GOAT I bring up he had HOF WR's Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne. Add in HOF RB Marshall Faulk(not Kevin Faulk).

Brady is without a shadow of a doubt the hands down best Patriots QB ever. The greatest Colt QB could arguably be Johnny Unitas. The greatest Bronco QB is John Elway. Eli has won as many Super Bowls as Peyton. Honestly Olivia is the greatest Manning. She birthed 4 Super Bowl Rings. Tee Martin was the greatest Vol of the 90's, he won a title. Danny Wuerffel was the greatest QB of the SEC in the 90's with more SEC titles, National Titles, and a Heisman.

Brady is a winner..yes lots of good things around him but guy is a winner. Not really a big Brady fan and not against him either but guys is a great player...been in the league for 20 years! 20 years! Like 6 rings...is this a real subject?

And let me add. If he can last 3 more years playing in Tampa and turn them into a playoff contender. That will add to his legacy. Who is considered the greatest Bucs QB? Brad Johnson with a SB with marginal season stats? Famous Jameis? Steve Spurrier? Shaun King?

Brad Johnson had the best defense behind him... picking up the chips.

Didn’t the Bucs also have Steve Young and Doug Williams? Both won SBs elsewhere.

Both of them were good QB's with Young being of great status, like arguably top 25 ever great. However Steve Young was not great playing for the Bucs.

Young was 3-16 as starter and threw 11 TD's to 21 INTs.

Doug Williams is arguably the greatest Buc QB leading them to the playoffs and putting up good numbers but he threw a bunch of INTs. 73 picks vs 71 TDs.

*Fun fact, Tampa Bays owner didn't resign Doug William's due to $200,000 difference in contract negotiations. Not $2 million, $200,000.
