The rule is 3 yards, but his right foot is at least 5 yard from the LOS.

He had a banner day, thanks to the SEC refs,,, and he wasn't the only lamecock to benefit from a no-call in that game.

I see what you are saying, but if we were to rank the bad calls in the game this would come in about #30. It was that bad.
The refs were extremely one sided in the first half, then it seems they got together and decided to even things out a bit in the second half.
His left foot is just shy of 4 yards. His right foot is shy of the 5 yard mark (you can see the hash between his hand and his knee, and you are looking at it from an angle). Truth is, they RARELY call that penalty and as CountyGator says, that particular miss is so far down the list on missed calls by this crew. Oy vey.
