This Is The Guy trump Had Dinner With Thanksgiving Weekend...

This last one sounds like our boards posters when talking about slavery.

“What about the African slave runners?”
“Other countries had slaves. “

Like that somehow excuses our history.
Slavery was invented by whites in the American South and spread, retroactively, throughout the world.

Doesn't really matter who "invented" slavery...
....but we do KNOW who profited from it in this country ;)

Still waiting on Trump to denounce Fuentes.

“I decryracism and anti-Semitism in every form and strongly condemn the anti-Semitic statements made by Minister Farrakhan,” Obama said in the statement. “I assume that Trumpet Magazine made its own decision to honor Farrakhan based on his efforts to rehabilitate ex-offenders, but it is not a decision with which I agree.”

CNN) -- Sen. Barack Obama said he is "outraged" by comments his former minister, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, made Monday at the National Press Club and is "saddened by the spectacle."

Sen. Barack Obama on Tuesday denounced comments made by the Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

"I have been a member of Trinity Church since 1992. I have known Rev. Wright for almost 20 years," he said at a news conference in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. "The person I saw yesterday is not the person I met 20 years ago.

THIS is what you call white grievance, white supremacist ideology that has taken over the "conservative" movement

They hate the country...they hate the idea of equal opportunity...they hate justice

They've banked their future on getting rid of democracy, racism, and violence

Didn’t you say that racism is gone because there are only 3000 members left in the KKK. Tell that to this guy.

No, I didn't say that. I assume you already knew.

Racism is human nature. It will never go away. Heck, the dems actively push it.

The KKK just isn't the current day threat the dems play it up to be. Heck, the dems still play up lynching. 😂

And other racially motivated killing.

And most will disagree that racism is human nature. I believe it is a learned behavior. Especially by people in certain parts of our country.

What society on earth, in history, has welcomed other races?

Many, including America. America is not a race, but an ideology where people have Inalienable rights regardless of their race color or creed. Just because certain factions don’t accept this doesn’t make it true. They are in the minority now, thank God.

Great! Racism is cured!

I was told that white grievance and white supremacist doesn't exist anymore. It is a Democrat made up talking point to scare black people...

Racism is not "human nature" but that's a good excuse for those that have no problem engaging in it.

It can go away...if racists can't benefit from it

"Conservatives" don't just actively push it...they live by it

Spoken like a good white supremacist...ooops I mean "conservative"

What is a 'white supremacist' anyway? I hear dems crying about it but what does it really mean?

Why do racists always act like they don't know what English words mean when it comes to describing racists?

white supremacist
Learn to pronounce

noun

  1. a person who believes that white people constitute a superior race and should therefore dominate society, typically to the exclusion or detriment of other racial and ethnic groups, in particular black or Jewish people.
    "an avowed white supremacist"

So, a 'white supremacist' is someone wanting whites to get special treatment? I'm not sure how that fits conservatives.

Conservatives are the opposite of progressives, right?

Progressives want to change status quo policies that don't benefit all
Conservatives are traditionalists who don't believe in changing past policies

Its about as simple as it gets...this country was built with a racial preference for white people in every facet of society...non-white people had no rights, they weren't even people they were property...

Clinging to theories like "Originalism" in SCOTUS decisions is one example how "conservatives" are white supremacists

US conservatives want a return to a time period in the past "MAGA"

But that's exactly the same as a Afrikaner longing for a return to Apartheid

America was built into the richest, most powerful nation in world history.

'Conservatives' want it to stay that way.

Progressives, like Obama, want a fundamental transformation.

America was built into the richest, most powerful nation in world history.

So if that was accomplished by racial discrimination that favored white men over anyone else then it should be continued?

'Conservatives' want it to stay that way.

Progressives, like Obama, want a fundamental transformation.

Like we said...conservatives believe in white supremacy as a governing philosophy for society.

Got it now?

So if that was accomplished by racial discrimination that favored white men over anyone else then it should be continued?
Of course not. Is anyone suggesting that white men should get preferential treatment? Has some republican/conservative proposed such a policy?
Like we said...conservatives believe in white supremacy as a governing philosophy for society.

Again, what conservative governing philosophy is giving preferential treatment to white people?

Its called the entire US Constitution...the entire document was based on preferential treatment for white land owning men.

How about the most recent PPP loan program as it was administered by the trump administration.

Was it preferentially distributed to white business owners? Yes.

Historically...How about the GI Bill?

Did someone have to write a explicit policy to have voter discrimination?
Housing discrimination?
Employment discrimination?

Or did they all exist without a explicit policy?

Again, what conservative governing philosophy is giving preferential treatment to white people?

Already gave you one...there are others but why are you avoiding "Originalism" as a conservative judicial policy that favors white men?

Do you think if you keep acting like you haven't been given an example that you can make it go away? LOL

Defend "Originalism" as not being white affirmative action

So there's not really a existing policy it's just 'systemic racism'. Stuff like there are 'too many' minorities in jail so there must be racism, right?

No...wrong.

What difference does it make if there's a written policy or not?
The existence of a written policy only makes it more blatantly obvious

Are you saying racial discrimination doesn't exist unless there's a written policy?

Well even you would have to admit that under that faulty belief the entire history of this country until 1965 had written policies that institutionalized white preferential treatment, right?

Even after 1965 and something like redlining was made illegal by written policy did it stop?

Does the existence of a written policy automatically & immediately eliminate racial discrimination?

Pick up your game son...your responses are getting weaker & weaker 🤣

For Trump's Jewish Allies, His Dinner With Antisemites Is a Breaking Point
Jonathan Weisman
Tue, November 29, 2022 at 7:51 AM·9 min read

For much of Donald Trump’s presidency, Jewish Republicans rationalized away the bigoted fringe of Trump’s coalition, arguing that the unsavory supporters in his midst and the antisemitic tropes he deployed paled in comparison with the staunchly pro-Israel policies of his administration.

But last week, Trump dined at his Palm Beach, Florida, palace, Mar-a-Lago, with performer Kanye West, who had already been denounced for making antisemitic statements, and with Nick Fuentes, an outspoken antisemite and Holocaust denier, granting the antisemitic fringe a place of honor at his table. Now, even some of Trump’s staunchest supporters say they can no longer ignore the abetting of bigotry by the nominal leader of the Republican Party.

“I am a child of survivors. I have become very frightened for my people,” Morton Klein, head of the right-wing Zionist Organization of America, said Monday, referring to his parents’ survival of the Holocaust. “Donald Trump is not an antisemite. He loves Israel. He loves Jews. But he mainstreams, he legitimizes Jew hatred and Jew haters. And this scares me.”

Not all Republican leaders have spoken out, but Jewish Republicans are slowly peeling away from a former president who, for years, insisted he had no ties to the bigoted far right, but refused to repudiate it. Jewish figures and organizations that have stood by Trump, from Klein’s group to pro-Trump commentator Ben Shapiro to Trump’s own former ambassador to Israel and onetime bankruptcy lawyer, David M. Friedman, have all spoken out since the dinner.

For Jews, the concern extends far beyond a single meal at Mar-a-Lago, though that dinner has become a touchstone, especially for Jewish Republicans.

Trump allows toted the anti-semi line. He accepts all voters. He just care about winning.

While I applaud former Trump supporters bailing on him, it’s hard to understand why this particular event was the “last straw” after being cool with the 999 other incidents that came before.
