The Warmers are all out in full battle cry claiming this week of warm temperatures is PROOF that Glow Ball Warming in here to stay and it's all because Trump pulled out of Owebama's great give away of American jobs in Paris.

Problem is, the heat wave ends this week. Here in the Mid Atlantic temps are predicted to fall from the 100's to upper 70's by Wednesday. Lows in upper 50's.

Oh, the humanity.

The Warmists haven't explained the warming on Mars.

When the Vikings return to raising cattle in Greenland, the pixie dusters will likely get my attention.

Cold front forecast for tomorrow in Central Texas for you gang of science deniers.

Moving through my area right now. Heavy Thunderstorms been making my Jack Russells bark for over an hour. Temps dropped from 93* to 73* thanks to the wind and rain.

State controlled WBAP tells me Tuesday North Texas will only see a high of 89 degrees?

WBAP in Cow Town is no longer state controlled. Disney sold WBAP to Cumulus. One can actually hear an ad for a church now. An absolute no no under Disney ownership.

WBAP 820AM is last of the 12 clear channel radio stations. I've listened to BAP night time in Harrisburgh, PA. No more. Today, baby 820 stations broadcast on 820 at night in DC and Chicago, messing everything up. Oh, for the good old clear channel days.

I used to listen to the Big Dog 1510AM WLAC from Nashville in Waco at night. The Big Dog broadcasts south and southwest at night radiating about a 100,000 watt main lobe to New Orleans. Null to the north to protect the big 1510 in Boston. WLAC is 50,000 watt omni directional daytime.

The Grand Ole Opry 640AM is clear channel but messed up in today's environment.

So true...just go back to 1980 and then you'll see what real heatwaves look like. Athletes were dropping dead and it stayed in triple digits for a month or so.

1510 is the Rush Limbaugh station...used to be THE station but they lost Levin to 99.7...and Beck and Hannity bore me most days...they have your boy from Texas Michael Berry and Dave Ramsey...I stick with locals DelGiorno and uncle Phil Valentine and Levin if I listen at all.

Phil Valentine is pretty good. Hannity is always boring, Beck is ridiculous.

Limbaugh is almost always on the biggies. WLS Chicago, KSL Salt Lake City, and WABC NYC come to mind. WABC is not clear because it's at the edge of the country.

Texas has 2 clear channels. WOAI San Antonio 1200 and WBAP 820. Tennessee 1. Florida none.

250,000 watt international clear channel XERF 1570 in Ciudad Acuna, Mexico is no longer. XERF made Wolf Man Jack famous. XERF was "Your good neighbor along the way." At night, XERF blanketed the United States.

KOMA 1520 in Oklahoma City blanketed the western half of the US night time till 2015's Moore tornado knocked down all 3 Western Electric towers. Today, KOMA (now KOKC) broadcasts 10,000 watts day and night from 1 tower to protect the 50,000 watt 1520 station in Buffalo, NY.

Legend has it, in the wee morning hours, engineers at KOMA would up the 3 Western Electric transmitters to full 250,000 watts so our boys in Vietnam and Pearl Harbor could listen in.

50,000 watts is max allowable for US AM stations.

I lived in Norfolk VA back in 1980. Very cold winters but it was humid in the summer and I believe they talked about record highs back then. The hails in the spring time were a b**ch. Growing up in Florida(dad served 3 years of sea duty on the Nimitz while at Norfolk) I never saw hail and was curious by going outside only to feel like cubes of ice being thrown at me. Luckily my dad was out at sea for 2 weeks, otherwise he would have kicked my ass. My mom laughed and called me a dumbass.

1969 and 2011 were absolute scorchers in Central Texas. Today ain't nothin'.

Sunny.. I survived Texas heat wave 1980 2 years after the cranks claimed GlowBall cooling

Dallas-Fort Worth heat wave of 1980 still seared into memories

It was 30 years ago this week that a 42-day string of 100 degree days - the longest heat wave by far in the region's history - was broken. For one day. More triple digits followed, and when autumn mercifully arrived, temperatures had hit the century mark 69 times.

The warmers would come unhinged today

Man I loved dining at Royal Castle in South Florida while stationed at Homestead AFB. Hamburgers, french fries and tomato juice were to kill for.

I love history. Because it is real and cannot be denied. That is why democrats, like their Comrades in Russia, want to destroy every vestige of American History and write their own version for children to believe.

Just like the atheist Charlie Russell who founded the Jehovah's Witnesses so he could get rich and have sex with lots of stupid women. He rewrote the King James Bible but was very careful doing it. Often changing only one word. But changing one word often changes the entire meaning of entire paragraphs.

The summer of 2019 won’t come close to the average maximum or average mean temperatures of the summers of 1901, 1933, 1934, or 1936.
