FYI...I've taken several courses on detecting human trafficking and on how to identify and communicate with those who are being or have been trafficked. This started SEVERAL years ago (2017) and the training was free, paid for by the Fed's.
Mind you I don't actually live near a border. So someone's concern about human trafficking was genuine, even 5+ years ago.
