The first picture is photoshopped. It was the day he adopted the German Shepard from the rescue (which is awesome of him).

This issue has always been his right foot. Although I’m still not convinced he didn’t have a stroke or something.

It's a real pic but the gray boot on his right foot is photoshopped. Biden hasn't even worn a boot on his right foot (that I've seen).
