I was worried that the Dems would find a way to push thru HR1/SR1 destroying our elections, BUT, Biden just put VP Harris in charge of seeing this through, so I am no longer worried.
I am sure she will do a "BANG UP" job like she has with: the border non-crisis that is a crisis; and closing the digital divide and bring broad band to every household.

As long as whoever is in charge isn’t looking for a side piece, we’ll be fine

Judge Joe Brown approves this message

Kamala sucks!

But something that Boehner pointed out, why is Republicans upset about the Dems possibly passing HR1/SR1 without Republican support but they are not upset about Republicans all across the country passing new state voting laws without democratic support?

That's a state's issue. Just look at Commiefornia. Hell, illegals are almost invited to vote. Hint: No one GAF about states that are long gone. That's not the Dimtard end game here. There are trying to steal electoral votes in swing states. Hell, they've already accomplished that. What they bank on is ensuring fair elections will never happen again. WTF up!

She’s closer to home, she’ll try and get this through. You’ll see a strong push for this prior to the 2022 primaries.

Take a step back, look at this analytically. As the years pass, the country becomes more divided and issues that had bipartisan support no longer have bipartisan support. That leaves us with a very interesting situation since the laws of the party will only get passed depending on the party that is in power.

There is no way to avoid what will happen to this country. It may not happen soon but eventually you will see states who have had enough and will secede from the union as their electorate no longer has anything in common with other electorates of other states.

Maybe, maybe not. There's a referendum in Alachua County that west of I75 becomes Spring County. The non-commies are restless!
The problem I see with California is it is beyond saving. The lefty corruption has been embedded into the fabric of that state. Would not surprise me if California was the breeding ground for voter corruption and once perfected it was used in other elections nationwide.

You have a group of people who will do everything in their power to keep the balance to the left at the detriment of its citizens. Hell, San Francisco can’t contain its homeless population, drug addiction issues and people shitting on the street. No thanks, keep California and let it turn into a mini Venezuela.

The western green belt side of that state is the polar opposite though. They need to secede and create their own state. It's not a lot different than Florida. Out of 67 counties, we only have about 6 counties that are solid FULL RETARD blue. I'd love to take a chainsaw to Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties and set them adrift. It would work out perfectly......the gulf stream floats north, they could anchor right off of NYC.

If it can be done, I’d welcome them with open arms.

Country is definitely divided but it's divided because of us. We need to do better. We need to stop sending very partisan people to congress then voting people out in primaries that it's extreme enough. It starts with us.

I am just saying that the Republicans have been setting the rules for voting in states for years to decades without Democrats votes. Now that there may be a chance that democrats do it, now Republicans are complaining about not being fair to make voting rules if it's democrats only. I truly never thought about that until Boehner said it. That's a really fair point.

Why are you guys ok with a state like FL changing the voting rules with strictly republican votes?

One big difference. Currently, the States decide on their own voting laws. NOW you have federal Dems trying to take those State Rights away, without any Repub support. Neither Repub or Dems should be able to do that on their own. Hell, I don’t believe the Feds working together should be able to take away a State Right. If it’s not spelled out in the Constitution as a Federal Power, it’s up to the States to decide.

I’m not too familiar with what Florida is trying to do. Can you give some examples of partisan voting rules changing?

Oh FFS you are ridiculous. Cuck, cucky, Cucktard. Yes, you are absolutely ridiculous. Kalimbadlib indeed

See the theme moving forward? We’ve become a country of partisan politics and whoever is in power rules the kingdom. This is will happen in every state.
You know we agree on this. I'm just saying when the democrats do it, I don't want to hear right wing media talking about how partisan the democrats are when in reality they both are. The literally do the same thing when in power.

I can’t speak for others but yes, both parties do it and will continue to do it as the people in power really don’t care about this country.

Started in the 90s under Clinton. I actually saw a fascinating visual graph on this, both sides voted the other side occasionally UNTIL Clinton took office, then the Right moved to Right-Center from Center, and the Left moved from left-center to the extreme left. Bigger point was the Right has always been closer to the center than the left when it comes to voting in DC.

I haven’t looked into when this started, Clinton admin seems about right but it leads to secession, civil war or communism.
