Leo Lewis, the # 2 MLB of the 2015 class flipped on NLOI Day from Ole Myth to Miss. State..

Freeze whined about it at the time and hinted that there was some "Deal" done to get him to flip.

BUT.............
Both Lewis and his mother testified that LSU offered Lewis $650,000 to play for the Purple and Yeller.

Most folks thought he would heap more dirt on Ole Sis and Hugh Freeze. Now, it could be that Les Miles and LSU get dragged into that mess.

LSU didnt offer 650K only Cam got crazy money like that. That claim probably makes the NCAA suspect about some of his other claims.

There are "Boosters" at every school who do the old $100.00 handshake, etc. There are other ways to get recruits too. Jobs for relatives( Danny Manning's daddy was suddenly offered an assistant head coaching job by Kansas and Manning spent his career there instead of the expected Duke or North Carolina.

Satan stole a Mercedes dealership from the owner in a town near Tuskalooser even though the other guy was there first. Take a look at all the Mercedes leases the parents of his recruits get. Now, he's opening a new dealership in Nashville.

Georgia wanted a line, man who lived on his grandparents farm. Grandfather had a broken tractor and couldn't farm. One deep pockets booster said why don't we just buy him a new tractor. A more seasoned veteran of player buying said "Why don't you just buy him a Ferrari and park it there because that's what a new tractor costs. Don't you think his having a brand new tractor out of the blue wouldn't raise NCAA eyebrows??

So instead, one deep pockets talked to another who knew a diesel mechanic who came out to the farm and repaired the tractor's $35,000 worth of repairs for $10.00 to grandpa.. Kid went to Georgia.

Every school has the shady people. But the NCAA won't do shit against Alabama, Osu, Oklahoma, USC, Clemson, Notre Dame and Michigan in football or North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Duke, Kansas, Michigan, in men's basketball. Those are the Golden Gooses that bring in full houses and high ratings. They will stomp on little teams like Arkansas or UTEP. But there are 2 different types of teams with 2 different type of punishment.by the NCAA.

Unless he got $700K signing where he signed

Rumors were LSU bought Patrick Peterson for 250k. And that was a 5-star corner Mr. Everything some people thought could go straight to the NFL from HS. Ain't no way in hell they offered this run of the mill LB 650k. Sounds like Mullen put him up to making the most outrageous claims to get Ole Miss knocked. Especially since the NCAA gave this kid immunity.
