Jobs for relatives( Danny Manning's daddy was suddenly offered an assistant head coaching job by Kansas and Manning spent his career there instead of the expected Duke or North Carolina.

But the NCAA won't do shit against Alabama, Osu, Oklahoma, USC, Clemson, Notre Dame and Michigan in football or North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Duke, Kansas, Michigan, in men's basketball. Those are the Golden Gooses that bring in full houses and high ratings. They will stomp on little teams like Arkansas or UTEP. But there are 2 different types of teams with 2 different type of punishment.by the NCAA.

65K I could have believed, but 650K is more than the NFL minimum for a 3rd year player, to pay that to a HS recruit would be insanity.

Rumors were LSU bought Patrick Peterson for 250k. And that was a 5-star corner Mr. Everything some people thought could go straight to the NFL from HS. Ain't no way in hell they offered this run of the mill LB 650k. Sounds like Mullen put him up to making the most outrageous claims to get Ole Miss knocked.
