True, anti-police policies mean they are probably not responding as fast as they normally would.
It's the law, the prosecutors, the police who are too scared to do anything and individuals like AOC likening their stealing to "reparations" which gives support to these kids and to the organized elements behind them (read: Oakland "shopping mall" of stolen good).

Well well well. A broken clock is right twice a day. We agree!! 😯 The store is junk, exactly as you said. Publix is becoming too big in their Karenhood britches as well. They truly believe they're stuff is Fresh Market quality with their soccer mom pricing. Even my wife who loves their store is no longer shopping there.

Meh. One of my first real jobs was bagboy at Pantry Pride. I found out very quickly which demographic didn't tip and I manned the correct aisles in timely intervals accordingly. 😂 But that wasn't my point. Publix used to be a nice clean store with great employees now they just fleece their customers with 25-40% higher prices than their competition. People are beginning to notice!
I haven't commented on the original content matter because I've been busy AF lately with several things. Target put a target on their back several years ago by letting trannies use the women's restrooms. I suspect that only occurred in blue cities and such and that had pretty much died down until recently. The sheer accumulation of disgust for a store that is so similar to Kmart was the straw that broke the BrokeBack Mountain camel's back. That stock is going to be dead money or worse for investors for years, the wokeness is going to be the end of their profitability. I shed no tears for them at all.
I still shop at Publix but service has suffered because of their hiring practices. One guy in seafood doesn't speak English. Half the baggers are challenged. They used to have a very robust training program. Obviously, that has fallen by the wayside.
Truth. Now their employees are former Walmart greeters (Walmart stopped doing that) or hajib wearing foreigners. Disgusting.
