If the post mark date is past the 3rd, they do not count. I would assume that applies to ballots that have no post mark date.

However, project veritas has a very interesting video of a USPS employee saying that the post master general was directing the employees to post mark all ballots to reflect Nov. 3rd.

I saw that video. Very revealing. He has another video talking to some election dude in Broward. The guy was fully open. “Any fraud?” “Oh yeh, here’s what we’ve caught.. can’t catch them all but we stay on top of it...”

Dem election officials: “there has been no fraud. Zero.” LOL

He's had whistleblowers in both MI and PA come forward and say their supervisor instructed them to backdate any ballots that came in after the 3rd.
