We are the home team. Not sure about the roster. But I assume travel team rules still apply.

We are the home team in odd years. However, last year both teams wore their home jerseys, so I am not sure how that will affect this year &/or if they are doing the same thing.

I am pretty sure both teams are able to bring the same number of players. The "home" team designation just refers to which sideline & locker room they use...and of course the uniforms.
