Looking at it from what we know today , not tomorrow or later. a mentally fading Hiden is the least dangerous of the 3.
A large part of our people are just plain stupid. China, Russia and NK are licking their chops. Sadly only Piglosi is strong enough or devious enough to get tough with our enemies when she isn't on the take.
But having her as CiC does not outweigh all the negative BS that would come with her. Biden or the Ho would be either too weak, stupid or both to manage a major world conflict.
