There is still hope that the elections in the states in question will have their electors not able to cast their votes.........and it goes to the House. If Hiden can't get to 270.

PA case headed to SC and Alito has told PA to respond by the 9th, the day after Safe Harbor.

So if I remember correctly, when the judges were recently re-assigned, the judges got the circuit for each state:

PA - Alito
GA - Thomas
MI - Kavanaugh
WI - ACB

ACB and Kavanaugh might have been flipped. But I remember thinking at the time of the assigment, that was the 4 states that looked most likely to have cases go to the SC.

But they would need to combine at least 3 state cases (flip 3 states), or is that the point of combining state cases to make them into one FEDERAL case, which could decide entire election?
