Hence we have now moved on to looking to see if Trump took toilet paper from the Whitehouse, and revisiting the failed NY case.

Notice how quiet the Jan 6th committee is all of the sudden!

And permaban loser is triggered AF.

This break in the hearings was scheduled... planned

Not only did it give them time to get some important legislation passed

But its allowed them to expose the missing texts at SS, DOD, & Homeland Security and investigate

The J6 panel is still working...just no more hearings until after Labor Day

The walls are closing in on DJT

Seriously, sheep, aren't you guys tired of torturing yourselves? I mean you guys have said 'here comes the big one!' more times than Fred Sanford.
They have literally been saying this since 11/2016...and NOTHING has...or WILL happen. But it makes for GREAT material to make fun of the losers!

Can you share with us what possibly would be on ANY of those texts that would incriminate your next President?

That video!!!!

The J6 panel is still working...just no more hearings until after they can manufacture some evidence, like a Russian whore pissing on a bed or a picture of Putin and Trump in bed together or Trump poisoning Liz Cheney or wait until we have more immigrants than citizens or they can rebuild the police stations burned down in peaceful riots or link Kyle Rittenhouse to 09/06 or surgically remove the extra three feet on James Comey's nose or let the 200 people watching these things take a break and replenish their lattes and pick up their government checks.
fixed the facts for you; hope you get internet on your yacht,

The longer this goes for J6, the more it is perceived as just another democratic "witch hunt".

What they need to do is find Trump's link to directly coordinating and inciting violence. If they find that, refer to Merrick G. and have Trump on trial.

If not, then did Trump waste a bunch of time brooding when he should have been shutting down the capital. Absolutely. Did Pelosi also not properly protect the capital? True as well. Should the J6 individuals get the sentences they are getting? Yes.

We will see.

Should Hillary get a sentence?
Is it ironic that the only direct death was a woman that hurt no one?
If there was this "link" why can we not find it?
Was it not Pelosi's job to close the capital?
If there is a need to investigate this, is there not a need to look at Hunter and not hide his laptops?

Our VP was bailing out violent protesters and many J6 are getting solitary confinement; and ridiculous jail time. Equal justice not "LEFT" handed justice.

This latest episode might be my favorite one yet. Sheep tell us Trump had classified documents in Mar A Lago that he took illegally.

Ok. But the feds waited *18 months* to do anything about it???

I mean, these people are insane.

I guess you missed her copy and paste the same article in 45 threads about the "classified" documents Trump took from the WH. Funny how she never once mentioned how Trump has been in contact with the WH about the documents and the Nat Archives admitted Trump has been working with them. She forgets a lot of key points in the articles she attaches.

Trump cant shut down the Capital. He offered the National Guard in advance and Pelosi and Bowser both declined it.

Worst October 'Surprise' Ever: January 6 Committee to Resume Before Midterms

Working class Americans are struggling to afford food, gas, and basic essentials. And yet Democrats refuse to stop wasting time, money, and energy on their J6 clown show nonsense that everyone knows is little more than a politically-motivated PR stunt. It's just one more reason why Americans are disgusted with Establishment Elites and can't wait to vote in just 50 days on November 8th.

Right...if this was nothing political it would certainly wait until after the elections.

I'm thinking this is hurting the Dimtards more than helping. Keep pissing off Trump Republicans and alienating independents right before the elections is a reminder to go to the polls for midterms which normally don't get as much interest. Trump lives in their heads rent free 24/7 365 days a year!

The key to this is that they are ignoring inflation, high rates, open borders, supply chain and trying to play the shell game with abortion, and 1/6. People are NOT this stupid. The ones that are will vote blue anyway

Jim Jordan: FBI 'Cooking the Books' on January 6

"They’re willing to pull [FBI] agents from child trafficking cases to foster this narrative that you talked about that Joe Biden in front of Independence Hall with the red background, clenched fist talking about half the country being extremists.”

Gavin V Trump, thats the main even we are all waiting for, two more untethered idiots i could not imagine. should be must see tv...

This is horrible. Guy effed up, he should be charged and locked up, you don't injure cops and break barricades in protest - but beating him within inches of his life is 3rd world country crap.

And they know damn well the story is getting out, that's part of the plan.

The FBI is evil.

Don't believe everything that is written as it is written. This is spin...you can tell by the way it is written.

That chair, which is known as a restraint chair, is used as a tool to prevent the need for physical force...much like pepper spray and tasers.

Jail staff must interact with unruly inmates to feed them, provide medical care, allow for bathing, visitation, ect. When you have one that is committed to physical violence, the chair or similar restraints are all you have beyond brute force violence. You can't simply lock them in a room and ignore them.

So when you interact with this type of inmate, and they're committed to violence (which sucks for jail staff btw), what options are left? You have to somehow get them in and out of those restraints and you can't simply leave them in those restraints full time. That requires physical force and that leads to injuries to the inmate and staff.

These people have an unbelievably tough job.

Also, not giving them access to medical care typically means

A) they refuse medical care

B) the medical staff is unable to provide the care because the inmate physically fights them or medical refuses because the medical staff is in jeopardy

C) the inmate demands certain medical care that the doctors refuse

Again, he’s claiming he’s been beaten badly three times, once so bad he lost his right eye. I get a violent detainee is a problem but both eyes swollen shut and the rupture of an eyeball has to be a sign they’re taking things a little too far.

This also isn’t an isolated incident. These defendants have faced over 1.5 years in jail, some with no trial dates set. I’m going to have trouble giving this group the benefit of the doubt here…sorry. And this isn’t all corrections officers or LEO’s, it’s the political nature of how this whole thing has been handled. They are beating the crap out of people, keeping them in terrible conditions, denying due process and letting all of that information get out there. It’s the same reason 20 armed FBI agents raided a pro-life pastor’s home.

My position has nothing to do with whether or not these people should be in jail. The fact is that they are. Since they are, jail staff must interact with them.

Also, it's entirely possible that he is being mistreated. More times than not, overwhelmingly so, that isn't the case.

As part of my training to be a LEO, I had to spend some time working in a jail. You have people who want to die and they attempt to use jail staff in that effort. If they don't completely want to die, many simply don't care if they live. How do you interact with such people? How do you survive those interactions?

I've seen inmates get into more than a dozen fights in a single day...both with jail staff and with other inmates. What toll does that take on the human body? Yes, you could absolutely lose an eye...or worse.

It absolutely doesn't have to be a sign that they are.

Is it possible that they are? Absolutely and worthy of investigation. But you can't say beforehand that this is abuse by the jailers.

I wish I could put into words the difficulty jailers face with these day to day interactions. They literally run out of options with people who are committed to violence or are committed to anarchy. Consider just this one interaction...

**I have to take you to medical, get in the restraint chair.

No.

Get in the chair (repeated 15 tines)

No (repeated 15 times)

Pepper spray followed by the inmate being physically manhandled into the chair. Pepper spray makes the eyes swell up as well as open handed smacks to get the inmate to comply.

Repeat that interaction several times a week. What are the results to the inmates health and well being?

How many of those people had lifelong rap sheets and were facing enough time it was essentially life?

These are people who are at most facing a few years for participation in a riot. Doesn’t add up they’d be trying to suicide by corrections officer.

Also, what if the jailers begins to lose the above fight?

Answer...violence is increased. Increased violence leads to increased injury.

Also remember, the inmate will never win the above fight. If he kills the jailer, he will still lose. If we have to call in the army to win the above fight, so be it.

The level of violence used is always determined by the inmate. The jail staff do (or should) try to mitigate the amount of violence necessary but there's only so much that they can do in that effort.
