Getting rid of fact checkers is step one. Step two would be to force the news agencies to report the news and not propaganda unless a warning label is put on their article (think Twitter orvFB) or flashing at all times during the tv segment or show.

The problem with this whole situation is that we are talking about "how" AOC "felt". Whether or not she was in actual danger, doesn't really matter. And no one knows how she felt but AOC. She might be lying about it, she might not. But given her past, I tend to beleive she is lying and just trying to use the situation to her advantage.

She’s a lying POS. She wasn’t there, she has no first hand knowledge and this was another opportunity to get “look at me” publicity for absolutely not doing a damn thing as usual.

My problem is she is tying her feelings to demonstrably false accounts of what happened. At that point I'm finding it harder and harder to consider her feelings justified and valid.

Don't forget the part where she literally accused Ted Cruz of trying to have her murdered. Like, didn't beat around the bush, he was complicit in the plot to kill her.

Oh and the fact she was too scared to go to the extraction point b/c of the White supremacists IN Congress.
