Allen might be the worst fit of all the aforementioned for this offense
I've watched both players files (Allen & Corral) more than once. You should do the same, with your eyes wide open and your own personal bias stored in a locked box...
See Allen's Soph year at Ft Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons, before he went to STA to win the FL 7A State Championship. As a Soph, he already had all of the throws, even with people in his face. Roll out completion for a TD, good movement in the pocket. Calm under pressure and good on his timing throws. And he's been getting tutored by former Gator and D2 NC Eric Kresser since he was 13 years old.

"Jake Allen is the complete package as a
person,
student and
player," Aquinas coach Roger Harriott wrote in a text message. "He's the epitome in the terms of being a scholar-athlete and a field general. His
attention to detail and determination enables him to succeed on the field."
He was a Star at the Miami 7 on 7 and the Hurricanes offered him that day.
He was the MVP at the Rival QB competition in Baltimore.
He was a Finalist at Nike Elite 11 in Oregon, (just like Corral was a year later).

And I think that Corral could also play in Dan's system. Others of similar size and talent have done so and been successful.
Both of them played for talented teams, and both had a 5 star WR in the Sr seasons.

Mullen will evaluate them all and then play which ever one that he thinks will lead the team and play the best, and I'm certainly good with that. That's what he's getting paid million for, after all...
PS
And anyone that thinks that this grown man (6-5 238 4.6/40) wouldn't shine in the Mullen offense, is blind, an idiot, or both. Plus they were asleep during the last 2 O&B games.
