Well the SEC just won vs the "best conference" in the land. Obviously Florida beat an overwhelmed Baylor but still a good win after losing to the Gamecocks.

Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama all had good showings today as well. Vanderbilt and Arkansas also beat possible tourney teams as well. Good for the conferences reputation.

South Carolina should have won. They collapsed late. Kentucky was the exact opposite. Good showing for the conference.

Crazy night on the UK board. A good number of meltdown threads were already underway by early in the second half, followed by “crow eating” threads and threads that stated that was right with the world following a UK win.

Definitely a huge win for UK. I watched a good chunk of the Florida-Baylor game and had the following impressions:
  1. Baylor was clearly outmanned
  2. The Gators are one the best 3-point shooting teams in the country
  3. Dick Vitale just doesn’t know when to shut the hell up!
UK played tough, the amount of replays that the refs are doing in college is absolutely ridiculous. They need to be able to make some of these calls themselves. They completely killed the flow game and I thought the rest gave WV a ton of cheap fouls down the stretch. Kentucky held it together though. That was a good win and a great game to watch. Cal's teams seem to get a lot better as the year goes on.
