The lefty justices just let it out they don't like states like Florida stopping vaccine mandates and this is a runaround on that.

You know this should not be hard. The founding proposition was maximum individual liberty without licentiousness.
If you rule based on intent then a federal mandate is unconstitutional.
That we have even one Justice not on board with shooting this down is the fact we have too many that should have never been put there in the first place.
We have along way to go to get 9 Justices like Clarence Thomas, Alito or the late Scalia. Nine like John Jay the first Chief Justice would be good.

Sounds like Roberts pulled the 6-3 mess when he knew he wouldn't be a 5th vote on the OSHA case and got his fellow weakling Kavanaugh to join him on the medicare accepting facilities so he can look better to the lefties.
