sadgator has found him to be nothing but a gutless, spineless, political opportunist, particularly over the past 4 years...

...but sadgator must say, he respects the hell out of the speech he gave today after the impeachment acquittal. It was eloquent, passionate, accurate, grounded in fact and law...and 100% on point. The sumbitch absolutely nailed it...and the speech should be the first exhibit provided in any impeachment policy manual for the United States government from this point forward into the future...it was one of the most compelling speeches sadgator has heard in his 50 years on this planet...

Bravo Senator McConnell and God Bless you...

And it will cost him dearly.

Agree that impeaching a former president is inconceivably absurd. The entire point of impeachment is the removal from office if conviction is achieved and the offense rises to that level.

Could Trump ever be convicted of incitement in a criminal court? I would be absolutely stunned if he ever was. The evidence for incitement simply isn't there.

This was all yet another gigantic waste of time. Time I'd love to say that Congress could have used more wisely...but we all know that is bullshit.

According to reports Mcconnell is on Chinas' payroll too.

Must be his turtle face, you know, like Puke basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski's rat face. Totally punchable.
Yes, Puke University!

Is he the former president tho? Who is really in charge? It’s a bit odd. It’s been what 3 weeks since the Trumps left the steaming pile of shit that is D.C? Yet, not him nor any of his kids have returned to their positions working within the Trump real estate empire?

For me it still comes down to whether or not one of the great fighters in Trump after 4 years of fighting and grinding decided to just walk away and call it quits. How about the US Military? Do you really think they never saw even more damming evidence of the fraud than we did?

What would their decision be? Just to let China Joe his AfroBlackinasian Ho, his PhD doctor wife and degenerate crack/meth head son into power?

Btw, Baron never boarded AF1 on the 21st or departed it in WPB on the 21st. Did Don and Melania allow the son they share hop his own ride?

We live in times of Deep Fakes and some very interesting holographical technology.

Call me an conspiracy realist or theorist or whatever. Something still isn’t stirring the Kool-Aid tho.

Also sadgator, your sister-wife was spotted turning tricks again. You must’ve prioritized your unemployment benefits on booze and scratch offs again. Don’t worry you’ll win the Monopoly mega million one of these days.

I just googled McConnell, and he will turn 79 next week, so he will be almost 85 when his current term expires. Hard to say if he will run for re-election in 2026 or not. I’ve heard speculation that he’s waiting till the 2023 Ky gubernatorial election and if the Republican candidate wins, he might retire and let the GOP governor appoint his replacement.

Like him or not, the guy has had a hell of a political career. Personally I appreciate what he’s done to build up the Republican Party in Ky since he was elected to the Senate in 1984. That was the first election I was eligible to vote in, and I was proud to vote for Reagan and for McConnell.
Ok i see your point but explain to me that Rino speech he made after the impeachment vote. It seemed to me that he was surely sucking up to the Democrat Hate on Trump Party and regurgitating the incitement to insurrection by encouraging his people to peacefully protest claim they made. How does that good little "Rino" suck-up speech sit with you? I couldn't listen to the whole thing.

I did watch his entire speech and I actually agreed with much of it. I saw it as an upholding the constitutional order type speech, appropriate for a leader of the Senate. A RINO wouldn’t have pushed federal judge confirmations the way he did. Now, Ben Sasse has transformed from a guy I used to like and respect to a McCain-Romney RINO.
Ok... so how was this impeachment constitutional when impeachment only applies to a sitting president?

What pissed me off more than anything is, I had to vote for this assclown knowing he was a rino. But my other choice was a baby killing loving maniac that could be AOCs future husband.

You know like everybody else here in Kentucky he is and was done. He is looking for a legacy at this point. The media as it stands will play that speech, over and over again. With the left and the left leaning media he will go down as a hero. He hurt his party again worse than ever than he has done in the past. It makes me wonder if I should have voted for the dike.

At this point Alum. I dont know if the sad face is for what I typed or for the fact Mc Connell is getting blasted. You play the fence very well. If I am wrong and read it wrong please except my apology.

No need to apologize. I’ve always identified as conservative, but I guess I’m relatively moderate compared to other posters on here.

I liked a lot of what Trump when did when he was President, even if I didn’t always like the way he did it and how he did it. I try to be circumspect in my commenting on this board and also in real life. I’m not proud of some of my comments I made around Jan 6th out of anger, but you guys were very forgiving of that and I appreciate it.
Gotcha brother. Try to be non confrontational.

I think he blames Trump for the GOP losing control of the Senate, which makes it a personal grudge for him.

Going forward, House and Senate Republican candidates will be baited by the opposition regarding their support / non-support for Trump. If they can they need to avoid taking the bait and stick to the issues and conservative principles.
Nothing but nothing lost the Senate to the Dims other than voter fraud. That took place in GA and Arizona. I think we'll find out sooner than later that in fact happened. I call those self inflicted wounds. Had the GOP stood tall and fought those bastards back this summer in allowing mail fraud to occur, things would be much much different. But they are cucks, playing nice in the sandbox. Nutless wonders. So here we are.

Put that god damn MAGA hat back on, we got work to do 😉😂😂😂

I thought it was waste of time and somewhat stupid to send supporters over to the capitol to protest but it it was never what the Democrats made of it.

The House could very well flip in 2022. I wonder how they'll act if it does and Biden and Heel's Up are impeached back to back? These retards have gone down a road too far. This could go on annually forever.
As much as I would love to see the house and senate go red, I doubt we’ll see it anytime soon due to the new voter laws. We need to face the reality that the power grab is complete and it will be harder and harder to gain seats moving forward.

I hope I’m wrong

If he blames the losses in Georgia on Trump then he is more ignorant than I thought. The losses in Georgia were all because of the "blitzkrieg" by the evil Democrat machine.

I think a few things are true here. Bitchy Mitchy isnt wrong here, Trump did want his supporters to be loud and cause disruption, the election was not stolen, an impeachment trial should have been held. Also things that are true, trump told his supporters in that speech that he wanted them to protest peacefully and not violently, should not have been impeached, there are irregularities in our elections that need to be fixed ASAP do no one can claim what ue claimed again. He was able to claim these things based on ambiguity and based on people allowing non Americans and dead people to vote, allowing people to vote without ID. Fix these issues so this never happens again. There is no point in hating political oppenents, as much as i despise AOC.... I would speak to her for hours about policy if i could to find out why she thinks the way she does and to see if there is something we could agree... Followed by hours of pound town laying....

I don't think you could get it up if you had to listen to her speak for hours.

...maybe if she was topless the entire time, agreed to never smile while showing her teeth and you are a double-jedi master at ignoring an annoying voice.
