Haven't looked at the details in a while but I think they literally just claimed Russia interfered in the election like the Democrat BS talk in 2016 here over some Facebook ads which amounted to hardly anything. They used that to take away the result they didn't like and since he is running again they are now trumping up incoming charges on campaign donations which can be found on either side and is handled civilly usually. Basically the take down Trump playbook again.
