Doesn’t matter, the damage has already been done. Now that google is in trouble with the DOJ, I’d expect Twitter and Facebook lawsuits to follow.
If anything, take away their platform status.

Illegally obtained tax records, that are illegally disseminated, are not "hacked". A hard drive in a laptop that, due to terms of a service agreement clearly signed by the customer, is legally owned by a repair shop is "hacked".
Let's keep our definitions straight please.

It is my understanding that the emails that are being outed are not from the repair shop...they are from the email account of Cooney...Biden's business partner...and that he legally gave Breitbart permission to publish them.
This is so much bigger than Watergate, but the media is so corrupt!
I’m confused here, wasn’t Biden’s computer left at the repair with all the emails on it? Where does Cooney’s emails come into play here other than giving up additional emails between him and Biden? I think they have confirmed that they have Hunter’s actual laptop with his emails. Cooney is just providing additional damaging information.
You might be right, I can't keep track of all the sources.
Here's what I think I know:
1) I'm pretty sure the first batch of emails came from the laptop hard drive. These are the crack smoking, the Ukrainian Burisma official talking about meeting lunchbucket Joe and some other tidbits.
2) I know there's a Ukrainian parliamentarian that has three total hard drives, one with alot of China information.
3) Bevan Cooney has apparently turned over 26k emails to Breitbart and investigators showing the most important China information (that potentially Joe was taking direct payment, a likely crime) and ties to Moscow mayor's ex-wife who was laundering money to avoid sanctions using lil Biden.
4) There's a Chinese billionaire with a hard drive that shows Hunter is a pederast, was taking (and sharing with dad) huge payments from China and several other items of interest (like Covid may have been intentional and designed to get Trump out).
Anyway, it's a complete shitshow. I could be way off on any and/or all of the above.
My tin foil hat says, especially since we know the FBI had the #1 hard drive since Dec 2019, they knew this would come out but thought it would be after Biden won. Biden would then step down instead of being impeached and removed and Kamala would be the first black female socialist president.
Bottom line is, any Biden voter who thinks this all goes away is an idiot. This is why Hillary did what she did with Bleachbit and hammers.
He just gave someone access to his gmail account so he could see the emails back and forth between him and Hunter. Which I don't particularly think is an ethical thing to do, but then again the guy did this from his jail cell, so there you go.

It's bad and it's about to get much, much worse.
Apparently Trump's Henchman, Rudy, has text messages and photos showing Hunter with a 14YO girl. The implications obviously reach far beyond Hunter.
If this ends up being what he says it is...no wonder they begged everyone to vote early.
