I've seen countless threads just repeating each other and I see people restating the problem with no offer's as far as solutions go. This thread is about who you think should be replaced on staff and who would you pick to be a replacement if you have one. Obviously we don't know everything that goes on behind the scene's and who's really killing it on the trail but fill free to over grade's to the staff. Just trying to give us something new
