What I got from the HBO special was that this Qanon involved some ignorant conspiracies, secret coded messages, and platforms and freedom of speech thru the internet and social media. I will be the first to admit that I'm reasonably ignorant when it comes to Q. I've tested the waters and I didn't particularly care for what I read and heard.

That said, the insinuations have always been pretty clear.

If I had written an article in January that said, "is Trump attempting to subvert the US Constitution and overthrow the US government as we know it?" And then in that article I link to other articles and conversations that say specifically that, it's still fake news imho. That's what I've seen from Q....but like I said, I freely admit that I am a novice on the subject.

The only way to maintain freedom for all is to allow expression for all, including those viewpoints you consider illogical, crazy, dangerous, or even harmful. Society will be the final arbiters on what is acceptable speech by how people react. For example, the derogatory "n" term used for those of African descent was readily acceptable in society 50 years ago. It is now completely unacceptable. We did not have to outlaw this term, society took care of it. We should allow for the same in all speech.
