Progress in the month Mullen has been gone

Mullen was fired on November 21st, so he's been gone 31 days now. I'm pleased with Napier's initiative and progress in the 28 days he's been on the job, albeit with the first 7 splitting time with ULL.

How long did it take Mullen to hire as many staffers as Napier did? His work done so far stacks up nicely against the other big hires this offseason (Brian Kelly, Lincoln Riley)
