New Story Potential Coaching Changes

i wanted to share my perspective, and what I know, regarding the offensive coordinator situation. Will we hire an offensive coordinator…I’d say 95% that we will. Do we have “ongoing discussions” with potential coordinators at this time…no we do not. As we all know, Coach Napier is very deliberate and thorough with every hire he makes…whether we like it or not. There is really no rush to hire the new offensive coordinator. I’d say the only urgency is prior to the start of spring practice. I’d say coach will make this hire sometime in January. Don’t expect the coordinator to be from a josh heupel scheme. It will be a more conservative approach than that, but more open than the current scheme. The new OC will do 2 things for us…have a more explosive and exciting scheme, which will maximize DJ and the offensive weapons we will have…and will also allow Coach Napier to focus more on all of the responsibilities that head coaches are burdened with in todays college football landscape. And yes, i do expect a few other staff changes as well…dont ask who, because I’m not going there. Go Gators!!
