Not that you’ll care what I say about anything medical, because what would I know, but Bell’s palsy and reaction to vaccines is not uncommon and is almost always self limited. Four cases reported of Bell’s palsy for the number of vaccines that have already been given and test trails is a very small percentage. Nothing you ever put in your body is 100% safe. Whether or not you take this vaccine should be 100% up to you.
