Basically paid players and their families, via football staff. Committed fraud to get players eligible and they self impose no scholarship reductions or fire the staff involved.
If the NCAA doesnt punt Ole Miss as much as they did USC then there is no enforcement. That should be at least the loss of 10 scholarships per year. Limited recruiting ops, a show cause letter for the staff involved for 5 years. No Bowl games for 2 years..
