Pennsylvania House Majority Leader and Senate Leader released a joint op-ed on Friday saying they will not step in after the Biden campaign pulled off a miracle and came up with a whopping 700,000 votes in the dark of night since election day.

We have said it many times and we will happily say it again: The Pennsylvania General Assembly does not have and will not have a hand in choosing the state’s presidential electors or in deciding the outcome of the presidential election. To insinuate otherwise is to inappropriately set fear into the Pennsylvania electorate with an imaginary scenario not provided for anywhere in law — or in fact.
Pennsylvania law plainly says that the state’s electors are chosen only by the popular vote of the commonwealth’s voters.

It’s the house that determines the president. Each state has one vote. Currently, the Republicans own 27 states, the majority.

The Senate votes the VP, since each state has 2 reps, it comes down to majority. The Republicans also own the majority.

I know my state and there would be a revolt. Been there done that in 2000 with a pub gubner and dems running house. Pub gubner was term limited but he led to us having a dem gubner due to broken campaign promises. We marched on the capitol and I took my 9 month old daughter with me because pubs dont riot. The dem gubner was put in check by a newly pub legislature. Previous pub gubner was conspiring with dem legislature while breaking his promise. We dont tolerate feckless politicians in this state

Next gubner was dem but after that the whole state has been pub since. Pubs voted (not me) for that dem gubner because he promised to fix a big issue in this state without raising taxes. He kept his word and was re-elected.

The lying scumbags name is Don Sundquist who I voted for twice and the dem gubner who fixed TennCare without a tax increase was Phil Bredesen.

This state has been reliably red in the US Senate for 27 years, for president for 20 years and internally for nearly 20 for legislature and 10+ for gubner.

80 percent of the voters declared in a constitutional amendment that marriage is between on man and one woman. If ACB throws out Ogberfell it will revert back to that. If Roe is tossed abortion will become illegal with life of mother being the lone exception.
