Watching highlights and discussing this with few people who have played CFB,NFL,Coached, they all said this:
Treons issues is that he does not get set to throw.
He's always dancing when he throws instead of driving the ball and It's affecting his accuracy.
Treon has a good head for QB.
He understands and reads defenses well.
Grier has good accuracy and doesnt do the MC Hammer.....
Grier is still learning read defenses and coverages.
Playing in small school and weak comp didnt help him.
In the spring game, if you take away that flea flicker and his numbers suck.
He hand three drops but he also had 6 bad reads ,2 bad throws and was sacked on several attempts in a real game.
