LOL I collected overdue payments for a newspaper while in college. I called some little old lady who was months past due and told her she was "past due." Sucky job but it worked around my class schedule!

My wife worked in commercial fraud for Wells Fargo before becoming VP for commercial lending at one of the biggest businesses in Jacksonville before they got bought out by an equity group. She is one paranoid woman about giving financial information and SS numbers over the phone and internet. It's a little overkill in my opinion but..............
