to lose to both Texas A&M AND Alabama, plus we would have to win out, for us to have a chance to win the East. It's as simple as that. This was a horrible loss to take and was way too important of a game for us to stink up the entire second half with apparently 0 adjustments.
I hate to have to depend on the dawgs to beat UT for us to have a chance because they aren't going to lose to the sorry teams they finish their schedule with, which leaves us very little opportunity to win the East. It is now out of our control.
I did bet for us to win and if I had the opportunity to double down when we were up 21-0 I would have taken it all day. It still seems hard to believe.
