Some immediate thoughts I got from visiting with staff (new and previous). The main thing is that they feel like that there is no favoritism and the best players will play. Which was interesting because if the major criticism of the previous staff, was that I couldn't understand some of the personnel decisions.
However I loved the Tempo and the staff really seems to connect with the players on both sides of the ball. I could go on about personnel but rather wait to see how it pans out later.
